Professor Mushtak Al-Atabi is currently the Provost and CEO at Heriot-Watt University, Malaysia. His research interests include thermofluids, renewable energy, biomechanical engineering, engineering education and academic leadership. As a head of the Centre for Human Identifications at Forensic DNA Databank Section, Saravanan monitors investigations involving cold-cases and DNA evidence. He also establishes various SOP’s and guidelines pertaining to respective units and divisions such as Disaster Victim Identification (DVI), Bioincident Response, Investigation Team (BRITE), Missing Person Database and Cold and HIT cases. He is required to report HIT cases to INTERPOL on DNA matches involving foreigners and vice versa. Nicholas Car is an experimental computer scientist at CSIRO, Australia’s national science agency, working in the areas of Semantic Web and information modelling. He leads the technical components of a number of large-scale government data integration projects such as the Location Integration Capability, Loc-I, and the Longitudinal Spine of Government Functions. These projects aim to reduce the effort required to analyse public sector information and thus improve its utility. He is also the co-chair of the Australian Government Linked Data Working Group which assists government with data exchange.

Raju is also a Member of the Singapore NCCAC (National Cloud Computing Advisory Council) & Deputy Chair of the COIR (Cloud Outage Incident Response) Group under ITSC (IT Standards Committee). He is also Hon Vice Chairman of the Cloud & Data Chapter at SGTech, previously called SiTF (Singapore IT Federation) & Hon Secretary of the Cloud Chapter of SCS (Singapore Computer Society). He was conferred as an SCS Fellow in March 2018.
