Hezamudin is a seasoned digital transformation leader with 13 years of experience in the Aviation industry spanning across multiple roles in aircraft operations, process excellence, program & product management, strategy, and consulting. He established a 5-years Digital Automation Blueprint as part of AirAsia's holistic and revolutionary digital transformation vision coined as “AirAsia 3.0”, and in doing so, pioneered the use of RPA and various digital technologies including AI/ML and Big Data to drive operational excellence throughout the whole company. Prior to his current role and throughout his career in AirAsia, he led transformative projects focused on developing new solutions to improve operational efficiency, safety, and passenger experience. He pioneered the use of real time aircraft data and AI/ML technology to develop prognostic solutions to reduce aircraft downtime and improve on-time performance.
