He holds a Bachelor in Computer Science (2001) and an MBA (2018), and is a PhD candidate in vehicle forensics. With over 19 years in digital forensics, he has supported various Malaysian law enforcement agencies and handled e-discovery for civil cases. He has testified in the High Court and other courts on high-profile cases such as the Altantuya Murder, VK Lingam Tape, Missing Flight MH370, and the Lahad Datu Invasion.
