Azrul has more than 20 years of experience in various industries including energy, healthcare, transportation, banking, and township development. He is currently the Director at Digital Industry Acceleration Division overlooking digital regulatory and sustainability. Besides that, he is a member of National AI Technical Working Group and PRINCE2 Practitioner and a registered Professional Technologist by Malaysia Board of Technologists.
