Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nurul Nuha Abdul Molok

Dr. Nurul Nuha Abdul Molok is an Associate Professor at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), where she has been a faculty member since 2006. Prior to that, she was a Research Officer at an agency under MOSTI. She is currently the Deputy Director (Governance), Office of the Knowledge for Change and Advancement, IIUM. 

With a PhD in Information Systems Security from the University of Melbourne, Australia, she is a distinguished expert in cybersecurity governance, risk management, cyber law and security behavior.

Dr. Nuha currently leads the Cybersecurity Governance, Research & Compliance (GRC) unit at KICT. Her professional credentials include being an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and a Cyber Defender Associate. Notably, she previously coordinated the first successful ISO 27001 certification for a Malaysian government agency.

A prolific researcher, she has authored around 50 publications and is a frequent speaker at global academic and industry conferences. Beyond academia, Dr. Nuha is deeply committed to community service, conducting vital cybersecurity awareness programs for schools, senior citizens, and underserved communities (B40), while serving as a consultant for government ICT projects (cybersecurity, data sharing and digital infrastructure).
