Dr. Noor Hasliza binti Mohd Hassan

Dr. Noor Hasliza currently serves as a Senior Principal Assistant Director at the National Digital Department (Jabatan Digital Negara, JDN) under the Ministry of Digital.

She holds a Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons.) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), followed by a Master’s degree in Business Information Systems from Monash University, Melbourne. In 2022, she obtained her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from UKM, specializing in data integration governance.

With over 22 years of experience in the public sector, she has previously served in MAMPU (now JDN) and the Public Service Department (JPA). Her expertise lies in digital consultancy within the Digital Consultancy Division at JDN, under the Strategic Track. Her responsibilities include providing consultancy services, advisory, and implementing initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and information management.

At present, she leads the development team for the AI as a Service (AIaaS) Platform at JDN, as well as the team lead responsible for the Public Sector AI Adoption Guidelines development and roll out. She has also obtained the IEEE CertifAIed™ certification as an Authorized AI Assessor.
